Best Practices for Your Shipping Names
- Accuracy is Key: Ensure that the shipping label on the package matches one of your 3 approved shipping names to avoid receiving delays or mismatches.
- Unique code: If you did not include your unique code in your last name, please ensure the code is included in at least one of your three shipping names.
Shipping inventory to our warehouse without the correct shipping names listed on our dashboard will result in significant delays. HexPrep is not responsible for these delays.
